Job Title:  OSD Category Management Intern

The internship is at OSD’s Offices, which are located at One Ashburton Place, Boston Massachusetts. Depending on the existing state guidelines at the time of hire, the internship may be remote. 

Responsibilities and Tasks

  1. Creating process roadmaps: ensure all the current processes are converted to visuals from only text,
  2.  Document those processes that are not now formally documented or are new 
  3. Update (text) current processes to reflect the new Category Management strategy. 
  4. Process for managing meeting efficiencies
    1. Scheduling/calendar management
    2. Meeting management
    3. Agenda planning
    4. Meeting delivery management
    5. Action items management and follow ups
  5. Creating and implementing process for managing departments files repositories
    1. Document and version control
    2. Document access
    3. Document storage and management
