Accounting Intern
📍 Location: Holliston, MA → In-Person
Duration: Summer 2026 (Full-Time, 10–12 Weeks)
💰 Compensation: Summer Stipend ($2–4k based on time and performance)

 

About the Role:

We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team this summer. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with our finance and operations leadership, helping manage the day-to-day accounting activities of a growing healthcare technology company. If you're passionate about numbers, analysis, and getting behind the scenes of how a business runs financially, this role is for you.

We work with clinicians and legal partners to help patients recover and thrive after neurological trauma. Our operations are fast-paced, impact-driven, and deeply collaborative.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile financial statements, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reports
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Analyze billing data and patient revenue streams
  • Help maintain and audit our QuickBooks Online accounting system
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives
  • Organize and file financial documentation and prepare spreadsheets for analysis
  • Participate in process improvements related to billing and collections workflows
  • Assist with payroll tracking and reimbursement logging

 

Requirements:

  • Residency in Massachusetts or currently enrolled in a Massachusetts-based college/university
  • Availability to work on-site at our Holliston office Monday–Friday
  • Coursework in accounting, finance, or business strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Interest in health-tech, legal operations, or service-based finance

 

Job Type:

  • Full-time, 10–12 week internship (Summer 2026)


Compensation: 

  • $2,000–$4,000 stipend based on experience and contribution
