THE POSITION

Our internship program offers a hands-on opportunity to work on meaningful projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and gain real-world insight into our dynamic workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Involvement in a variety of tasks and projects based on the needs of the business area
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in business area and across the company
- Create and present Internship Project Summary to Executive Leadership Team and others
- Other duties as assigned
THE CANDIDATE
Qualifications & Experience
- High-energy individual with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate successfully with all members of the team
- Positive, can-do attitude; willing to jump in and work on a variety of tasks/projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn about all aspects of functional area and company
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Major related to internship business area (Marketing, Human Resources, Engineering, etc.) preferred
- Able to be on-site in Lawrence, MA for a minimum of 4 days per week
