Product Operations Intern

Intern - Product Operations

1.Job Responsibilities

  •  Assist the product manager in collecting, analyzing, and organizing project requirements, as well as preliminary functional design.
  •  Participate in the writing and modification of Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and prototypes, assist in clarifying product logic, verifying requirement details, and ensuring the accuracy and clarity of document content
  •  Assist the product manager in liaising with R&D, design, testing, and other relevant positions, conveying product requirements, tracking the progress of requirement implementation, providing feedback on issues encountered during execution, and assisting in ensuring timely project completion.
  • Responsible for the organization, archiving, and updating of product-related basic data, including product manuals, version update notes, user feedback logs, etc.

2.Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's degree or above, current students preferred, computer-related majors preferred, strong interest in product management, and willingness to proactively learn product-related knowledge. 
  • Possesses basic logical thinking and analytical skills, able to quickly understand product requirements, and proficient in using Microsoft Office, Axure, Mockplus, and other prototyping tools.
  •  conscientious, proactive, and possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills. Can efficiently collaborate with the team to complete various support tasks and demonstrates strong execution and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Has basic writing skills, can clearly and accurately organize documents and feedback, is able to work under pressure, adapt to a phased work pace, and is preferred for full-time attendance and an internship period of at least 6 months.
