Brand Ambassador - World Cup 2026 (Boston/Foxborough) - 181567

Be part of one of the biggest sporting events in history. We are hiring Brand Ambassadors and Lead Brand Ambassadors to support a major rideshare partner at airport locations across FIFA World Cup 2026 host cities in the US and Canada.

This is a high-energy, on-site role where you will be the face of the brand — welcoming travelers, supporting riders, and delivering a seamless experience at some of the busiest airports in the world during one of the most-watched events on the planet.

What You Will Do

All Brand Ambassadors are responsible for:

  • Welcome and engage travelers and riders at the airport activation area
  • Represent the brand with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • Direct riders to designated pickup zones and rideshare areas
  • Assist riders with basic app navigation and troubleshoot common issues
  • De-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
  • Support traffic and pedestrian flow during peak arrival and departure periods
  • Assist with organized rideshare operations in high-volume airport environments
  • Adapt quickly to real-time changes in event conditions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the on-site Lead Brand Ambassador

Lead Brand Ambassadors also:

  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and set expectations for the team
  • Oversee team coverage, break rotations, and shift setup and breakdown
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to BAs
  • Make real-time decisions to maintain service quality and team performance
  • Handle escalated customer situations and resolve issues on the spot
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between staff and event leadership
  • Coordinate with venue staff, airport teams, parking, and security
  • Track and report recurring issues or trends to event leadership
  • Conduct end-of-shift check-outs and team debriefs

What We Are Looking For

Brand Ambassador

  • 1+ year of customer service or customer-facing experience
  • Outgoing, friendly, and adaptable personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay composed in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Familiarity with rideshare platforms is a plus

Lead Brand Ambassador

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, events, or operations
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure
  • Experience managing escalated customer situations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Leads by example — professional, positive, and composed at all times

Both Roles

  • Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods (12–14 hour shifts)
  • Comfortable working in large crowds and busy airport environments
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Must be available for all assigned event dates

Note: Lead Brand Ambassadors go through a two-step video interview process before placement.
