About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern who wants real hands-on experience—not busy work.

This role blends:

  • Social media
  • Marketing strategy
  • Business development support

You’ll work directly with the team on real projects that impact growth, not just internal tasks.

What You’ll Do

Social Media 

  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Help plan content ideas and posting strategy
  • Assist with captions, trends, and engagement
  • Maintain consistency across platforms

Marketing Strategy

  • Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns
  • Help develop ideas to attract new clients
  • Support email marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Contribute to brand positioning and messaging

Research & Lead Generation

  • Research companies and industries to target
  • Build and organize contact lists (key part of role)
  • Identify decision-makers (marketing, HR, etc.)
  • Support outbound marketing efforts

General Support

  • Assist with marketing materials and ideas
  • Help organize campaigns and track progress
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing efforts

What We’re Looking For

  • Interest in marketing, business, or sales
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn and take feedback

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Experience with social media content creation
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or design tools
  • Interest in branding, advertising, or business development
