Growth Intern

Runway is an AI-powered job platform built for college students and fresh grads. We're at 33,000 users and we're going to 100,000 this summer. We need people to help us get there.

 

This is not a sit-in-meetings, make-slides internship. You'll be out in the field - creating content, promoting Runway on your campus, and coming up with creative ways to drive signups. If you have a crazy idea, we want to hear it.

 

Responsibilities

  • Post once per day on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or wherever your audience is Monday-Friday
  • Promote Runway on your campus through Discords, GroupMes, Slacks, and student communities
  • Drive signups through your personal referral link
  • Bring your own creative growth ideas to the table

 

Compensation

  • Most interns are expected to earn $1,000+ over the summer (~$17/hr)

 

Qualifications

  • Current US-based college student or recent grad
  • Comfortable posting on social media
  • Self-motivated and consistent
  • No resume required — just show up and stay consistent

 

Details

  • 5-10 hours per week — feel free to work this alongside another internship or job
  • May 11 – August 10, 2026
  • Open to extending into fall
  • US students only. International students with CPT authorization (business majors) welcome to apply
