Elite Home Fitness is New England's leading luxury personal training company, delivering private fitness experiences in luxury residences, five-star hotels, corporate offices, and private homes.
We're looking for ambitious students and recent graduates who want real-world experience working inside one of Boston's premier luxury hotels while learning personal training, hospitality, client experience, and luxury wellness operations.
This isn't a coffee-running internship.
You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced fitness professionals, interacting with affluent clientele, and learning how to build a successful career in the health and wellness industry.
What You'll Learn
As a Fitness & Hospitality Intern, you'll receive mentorship and practical experience in:

Responsibilities
You'll work alongside our coaching team by:
Greeting hotel guests
Creating an exceptional guest experience
Assisting with fitness center operations
Shadowing certified personal trainers
Helping conduct fitness assessments
Assisting during personal training sessions
Leading warm-ups and mobility exercises
Maintaining a clean, organized fitness facility
Learning how to create customized workout programs
Supporting wellness events and group classes
Representing Elite Home Fitness with professionalism
Who We're Looking For

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Exercise Science
Kinesiology
Sports Management
Health Sciences
Physical Therapy

Nutrition
Related field
No personal training certification is required for the internship.
