Fall/Winter Intern

·        Mix of office and field work

·        Perform geotechnical laboratory tests;

·        Assist with geotechnical field observations, including observing soil borings and test pits;

·        Assist with observations of the and geotechnical aspect of foundation construction;

·        Type boring and test pit logs in gINT;

·        Help prepare figures and tables for geotechnical reports;

·        Assist with writing site and soil descriptions for geotechnical reports;

·        Assist with miscellaneous office and laboratory tasks;

·        Assist with geotechnical analyses.
