Performing Arts Specialist
*Part-time seasonal*
If you are passionate about music and drama, help us pass that passion on to the campers of Camp Norwich! Our performing arts specialist will share with kids the essential joys of the arts and teach them to express themselves. Starting 2024!
Job Duties
- Direct a play, musical, chorus performance, dance, or skit for each two-week session of camp
- Develop & deliver a performing arts program that is appropriate for campers from 5-14 years old
- Keep music & drama equipment and program area organized and clean, as well as managing inventory of supplies
- Evaluate and develop abilities of campers and staff, as well as evaluating the success of the program overall
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience teaching music and drama to children
- Passion for your area of expertise & dedication to educating kids
$17 per hour
