About the Internship | This is a fantastic opportunity for a web design student to gain hands-on experience, working on a variety of web design projects. Interns will learn the inner workings of a design agency, see how web design contributes to the bigger marketing picture, and develop web design skills in a supportive environment.

Job Description

• Specific details we're looking for:
  • A portfolio showcasing your web design abilities and creative approach. Can be student work or spec work.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in web design or a related field (any year).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles and software (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma).
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
  • A willingness to take direction, and learn new tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for design and a desire to learn.
• Expected responsibilities:
  • Collaborate on client-facing web design projects, including layout creation and prototyping.
  • Learn and use a specific Content Management System (CMS) to add, edit, and publish website content.
  • Assist with accessibility testing, social media integration, data analysis, presentations, and user research.
  • Contribute to the development of website style guides and ensure design consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on current web design trends and best practices.
  • Conduct research and complete administrative tasks as needed.
