Video Content Creator Intern

About the Internship | This internship is a fantastic opportunity for a student to learn the inner workings of a design agency, while being part of the video creation process from ideation to production. Interns will participate in the different stages of video production from pre-production planning to post-production editing, and develop video creation skills in a supportive environment.
 

Job Description

• Specific details we're looking for:
  • A portfolio showcasing your video content creation abilities. Can be student work or spec work.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in video production or a related field (any year).
  • Working knowledge of video editing principles and software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), with experience filming, editing, and storytelling.
  • A creative mind with a passion for crafting engaging and visually compelling videos.
  • A solid understanding of current video content trends and platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
  • A willingness to take direction, and learn new tools and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for design and a desire to learn.
• Expected responsibilities:
  • Assist with video content creation, including brainstorming ideas, storyboarding, filming, and basic editing.
  • Help with scriptwriting and on-camera presence as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on current video content trends and best practices.
  • Conduct research and complete administrative tasks as needed.
