Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical MBA intern to join our team for a 10-12 week in-person internship. The selected candidate will work closely with our senior management and cross-functional teams to support various projects and initiatives aimed at driving strategic growth and operational excellence. This is an in-person hybrid role requiring at least 3 days a week on-site in our New Castle, Delaware office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Modeling and Analysis
    • Develop models and scenario analysis to inform strategic planning for manufacturing / supply chain, cost / revenue structures, business model planning, and more
  2. Business Development and Market Analysis
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
    • Develop comprehensive market studies to support strategic planning and market entry strategies
  3. Support Financing Activities
    • Work closely with team members to actively contribute to preparations for upcoming fundraising activities, gaining first hand exposure to the startup fundraising process, financing strategies, and investor communications
    • Contribute to investor relations activities aimed at supporting upcoming financing initiatives and facilitating the company's growth trajectory, enhancing understanding of investor expectations and market dynamics

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a focus on finance, strategy, climate technology / sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize and translate complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
