Job description:
We are a growing, Energy Conservation and Industrial Automation company located in Westford, MA needing a Energy Sales Specialist to join our team and grow with it. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and hungry to generate results. The candidate will participate in the early stages of the sales funnel through completed sales.
Responsibilities:
- You will be a key member of our customer facing sales team to develop opportunities and execute sales strategies
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Keep company CRM up to date with all activities and strategies
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and follow-up skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as the ability to work as a team

Compensation: is based on experience. Pay will be base with commission target: 95k annually for full time
