*This is an internship for the fall of 2024 (September-December), full-time or part-time.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to assist our Human Resources department in building, updating, and maintaining comprehensive job descriptions. The HR Intern will play a key role in ensuring that job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company’s standards and employment laws. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and contribute to the foundational processes of our HR department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with HR team members and department managers to gather relevant information for creating new job descriptions.
*Research and analyze job functions and requirements to develop clear and comprehensive job descriptions.
*Ensure all job descriptions are aligned with company standards and comply with legal requirements.
*Review and update existing job descriptions to reflect current roles, responsibilities, and qualifications.
*Ensure consistency and accuracy in job titles, duties, and qualifications across all job descriptions.
*Incorporate feedback from department heads and employees to refine job descriptions.
*Provide support on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
*Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve HR processes and practices

Education, Experience, and Required Skills:
*Candidate for Bachelor's degree is required (Human Resources or Business degree is a plus, any degree will be considered).
*Must have proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Working Conditions:
*Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
