We’ll provide you with all the support and training you need to crush your goals inside the workplace. And the flexibility, benefits, and downtime to build a life you love outside the office.

Inside our doors, you’ll find a respectful, collaborative environment with team members with all levels of professional experience from beautifully diverse backgrounds. Everyone is welcome here. And you’ll be judged solely on your performance, regardless of any limitations society may have previously placed on you.

  • Entering transactions for assigned clients using a number of software platforms, including QuickBooks Online, Dext, and Bill.com.
  • Preparing account reconciliations (i.e. bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, etc.)
  • Performing periodic self-reviews to ensure that accounting is accurate.
  • Collaborating with team members across the company to assist them with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.

We’d love if you are:

  • Currently attending a four-year university for a degree in accounting or related field
  • Curious about becoming a full-cycle accountant
  • Energized by working with non-profit organizations
  • Willing to learn new software and skills
  • Excited about taking on new challenges
  • Able to communicate in a conscientious and inclusive way, both verbally and in writing

  • Intrinsically motivated to succeed
  • Humble and willing to ask for help

Bonus points, if you:

  • Have experience with Quickbooks Online or another accounting system
  • Are comfortable using software (or Googling how!)

What Success Looks Like in the First 60 Days:

Like we mentioned above, we’ll provide you with all the support and training you need to crush your goals inside the workplace. For this role, this means that within 60 days, we will prepare you to:

  • Complete tasks on-time, based on predetermined deadlines.
  • Accurately record expenses, bills, revenue, and other client transactions within QuickBooks Online.
  • Maintain open and responsible communication with the client.
