Sales Excellence Intern
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days/week in the Cary, NC office.
The Sales Enablement Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for helping assist in CBB’s ERP integration and improve selling tools for the sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Excellence, within the Sales Excellence Department of Apertures Solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Working Cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management identify gaps in selling tools and help develop solutions to improve seller behavior
- Work alongside finance and the business analytics team to help monitor and aid in CBB’s ERP integration
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the business with primary focus on Sales, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Partner with sales leaders to manage the lead development process and sales funnel to understand customer behaviors and sales performance
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Pursing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Leadership, Business or related field required
- Knowledge of Manufacturing or Business to Business Selling Environments preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Platforms preferred
