Culinary Intern

The Restaurant at Miacomet Golf Course, a semi private club on Nantucket Island, MA is looking to hire motivated, hard working students who wish to expand their culinary skills in a busy, fast paced club environment. We are open to the public and members alike, year round, offering lunch and dinner in the off season and breakfast, lunch and dinner during peak times. Students will be trained in prepping, working on a cooking line, preparing bulk meals for employees, and culinary event planning and execution.   This is a great kitchen for new students to develop their practical skills.
