Digital Media Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
Join us as a Digital Media & Marketing Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in growing our brand’s reach and impact. Focus on increasing engagement across digital channels and optimizing our website for success. This role will be essential in creating and executing content, close interaction with staff, and producing videos that align with our brand’s voice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Run and manage daily operations of all social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, etc.)
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
  • Staff Interviews & Video Production: Work with our team to conduct interviews, create video content showcasing our staff, products, services, and company culture.
  • Platform Growth & Engagement:  Design a continually evolving strategy to grow our follower base and drive engagement across all platforms by producing relevant, on-brand content that resonates with our audience. 
  • Industry Research: Continuously learn about our industry, market trends, and competitors to keep our content relevant.
  • Promotions & Campaigns: Assist in promoting company offers, events, and other initiatives through social media and website updates.
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers online, respond to inquiries, and provide great customer service through digital media channels.
  • Flexible Support: Assist with additional tasks as needed, including occasional phone calls or support in other areas of the business to help the team as we wear many hats in a smaller company.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
  • Profishant in video editing and creating engaging visual content.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
