Salary: $20/hour

Program Overview:

Our Summer Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals across various departments, contributing to meaningful projects that impact our operations and sustainability efforts.

Program Dates:
June – August 2025 (Exact dates flexible based on academic calendar)

Departments & Opportunities:

  1. Supply Chain
    • Assist with demand planning, inventory control, and procurement processes
    • Support logistics and transportation planning initiatives
    • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for efficiency improvement
  2. Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
    • Conduct safety audits and risk assessments on production floors
    • Support implementation of environmental compliance initiatives
    • Participate in training sessions and contribute to safety culture development
  3. Paper Manufacturing
    • Gain exposure to papermaking processes and production workflows
    • Collaborate with operations teams on process improvements
    • Collect and analyze production data to support quality and efficiency projects
  4. Information Technology (IT)
    • Assist in support services for hardware, software, and network systems
    • Work on IT projects such as system upgrades or cybersecurity improvements
    • Analyze user feedback to improve tech tools and internal systems

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred)
  • Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Environmental Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
  • Passion for sustainability and innovation
