2025 Content Strategy Team School Year Intern

Federated Hermes Summer Internship Program provides students the opportunity to gain “hands on” experience and develop professional skills as well as the ability to network with talented professionals and gain insight into career possibilities within the asset management industry. The program includes a variety of events to enhance your internship experience, provide information about the firm and foster collaboration.     

As a Content Strategy intern, you will assist the department with their marketing efforts by assisting with measuring audience engagement statistics, conducting research and updating spreadsheets.

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Project Management on broader marketing efforts 
• Post collateral on the website, including appropriate metadata such as search engine optimization (SEO) keywords, audience restrictions and hypertext
• Measure audience engagement statistics (web, email and other interactions) 
• Conduct product, industry and audience research
• Maintain and update content data spreadsheets 

HOURS/LOCATION: 

• Full-time summer schedule working 37.5 hours/week and part-time school year schedule working 10-12 hours/week across 3 days. Work hours during the school year can be flexible/remote based on student’s schedule. 
• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. 
• Federated Hermes Tower- Pittsburgh, PA 15222
• Hybrid work arrangement (in office / remote)

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: 

• Pursuing a degree in marketing, communication or related field required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint required 
• Knowledge of investment industry and mutual fund terminology preferred
