PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

MIDDLEBORO, MA

3RD SHIFT- 8pm to 6am (Mon-Thurs + OT offered on Fri)

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work on the assembly line to fabricate products according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
