It would have been nice to have more direct observation from supervisors.

Get the certification from the BACB to be a Registered Behavior Technician.

What I liked
Everyone was very nice there! I always felt very supported and they were very flexible with schedule changes and emergencies. They were also receptive to the age group you preferred to work with and offered specialized training for each new client.
What I wish was different
There certainly could have been more training in the beginning, as it would have been nice for a supervisor to be present for the entirety of the first session.
Advice
This is a great opportunity to get experience working with children with ASD, especially if you are new to the field!
