Great first sport management experience where I got to meet a lot of great people and work a rewarding job, setting up and managing events for junior golfers.
What I wish was different
I wish I was more confident in myself early on. It took me a while to feel comfortable in my position, but once I started to feel confident, working these events became a lot easier and more fun!
Advice
Never be afraid to ask questions if you don’t know how to handle a scenario. There are plenty of knowledgeable, experienced people you can reach out to for help!
